Identify, work, measure and resolve causes of denials
Bridgestone Healthcare Revenue System’s Denial Management Software (WebDMS™) will increase payment recovery by identifying the root cause of denied claims and providing the tools to facilitate timely resolution. With the use of intelligent work queues, denied charges are automatically routed to appropriate staff members for follow-up.
At absolutely no cost to you, BridgestoneHRS will take your data and calculate your facilities’ Denial Recovery Rate, Denials as a Percentage of Charges and any other Key Process Indicators you want to track and report back to you via our Financial Dashboard. We recommend uploading one year of data, but the process works just the same with one week, one month or two years of data, whatever you require. Please allow approximately two weeks from the time we receive the 835 and 837 data before we can have all the graphs, reports and Key Process Indicators updated in the Financial Dashboard.
