Appeal Letters and “Tickler Alerts” Integrated into Denials Management Software
BridgestoneHRS’s Denials Management Software includes a comprehensive and easy to use Appeal Letter module with an optional “Tickler Alert” feature.
All Appeal Letter templates can be created by the client using the intuitive “Appeal Letter Builder” module or Bridgestone’s staff can create them on request. Requests from clients for new Appeal Letters are almost always completed within 24 hours.
With the use of the “Tickler Alerts” all letters may have follow-up logic added to them. If a user needs to take action when a response to an Appeal Letter is received, they will be notified via an Alert. Also, if after X number of days there is no response from the Appeal Letter being submitted, they can also be notified via an Alert.
The Letters can be as simple or complex as necessary. Some clients have multi-page Letters that contain logo’s, follow-up instructions, legal content etc.
All data elements from the system are available to be merged into an Appeal Letter.
Appeal Letters may be designed to be used with individual insurance companies, specific staff members or departments.
Additionally, Appeal Letters are automatically saved into the patient’s electronic folder and always available for future access. They are time and date stamped as part of their permanent record.
