A robust Denials Management System (DMS) requires the ability to input data in many formats. Starting with the most obvious, ANSI 835 files, there also may be the need for HL7, Text Files, Excel, PDF and others.
All these formats may contain remittance data or related information that is required to populate the Denials Management System.
Once the data is uploaded, it becomes immediately accessible from the System User Interface and reports in the Financial Dashboard.
But what if you want to interface this data back to other systems? With the use of our Denials Management System, you have a fully functional and easy to use Interface Engine, also know as a Data Translator, providing the ability to “pass” data in any format as a regularly scheduled script.
This process can happen as a nightly “batch” or occur during the day in a real-time environment.
The Denials Management System Interface Engine, can become a central data repository where multiple ancillary systems access their data feeds. This is a very easy to use and cost efficient solution.
