- With the use of Bridgestone’s Denials Management Software System (DMS) we have a thorough understanding of where our Denied Charges are coming from and an efficient process to work them. The Denials Workshop also greatly assists us with being able to implement and modify processes to eliminate many denials.
- With the use of Bridgestone’s Patient Payment Estimator (PPE), Patient co-pays and deductibles have steadily increased and we are able to electronically give better estimates to each patient based on their specific insurance. We have a more satisfied patient and able to do a better job with upfront collections.

- We have been able to identify and collect lost revenue at the line item level with Bridgestone’s Contract Under and Over Payment Calculator.
