  1. With the use of Bridgestone’s Denials Management Software System (DMS) we have a thorough understanding of where our Denied Charges are coming from and an efficient process to work them. The Denials Workshop also greatly assists us with being able to implement and modify processes to eliminate many denials.
  2. With the use of Bridgestone’s Patient Payment Estimator (PPE), Patient co-pays and deductibles have steadily increased and we are able to electronically give better estimates to each patient based on their specific insurance. We have a more satisfied patient and able to do a better job with upfront collections.
  3. We have found thousands of dollars in lost revenue with Bridgestone’s Self Pay to Insurance Product”.
  4. We have been able to identify and collect lost revenue at the line item level with Bridgestone’s Contract Under and Over Payment Calculator.
  5. Better able to follow up on unpaid accounts electronically in a few days from submission with Bridgestone’s Claim Status Module. Save many hours on the phone with follow up.
  6. By using Bridgestone’s Claim Status Module, we are much more efficient on follow-up with unpaid accounts. This has virtually eliminated phone calls to the insurance companies.
Bridgestone¹s Denials Management software and customer focused team enabled our organization to successfully reduce our monthly denied charges by almost $2M monthly. Specifically, we reduced our COB, Authorization/Certification, Medical Necessity, and Eligibility denials. We are now focusing on the more generic payer denials (Additional Information Needed for Adjudication) that delay payments which is enabling us to learn more about our payers behavior.
